Qualification (IQ/OQ)
Your company requires a GLP/GMP-conform qualification for your KRÜSS instrument, software modules and methods?
Our service technicians will be pleased to carry out an Installation Qualification (IQ/Operational Qualification (OQ) on your premises. Each IQ/OQ is documented with all the necessary test protocols and certificates.
Installation Qualification is normally carried out once after the delivery and start-up of your instrument. In contrast, Operational Qualification is required at regular intervals in order to document proper instrument functioning and the reliability of the results. We offer Installation Qualification (IQ)/Operational Qualification (OQ) for all our current KRÜSS instruments throughout the whole of Europe.
Our technical consultants can also conduct special training sessions for your KRÜSS instruments at your facility or at our laboratories in Hamburg.
Calibration
Optimal accuracy is an essential feature of any measuring instrument. We provide high-precision calibration, in air-conditioned surroundings, using standard gauged testing equipment and certified liquids. The calibration is then documented on special calibration certificates, so you can be confident in your measurements.
Maintenance and Repairs
Regular servicing of your instruments will extend their service life considerably. We provide a cost-efficient service check. A cleaned, centred, greased, adjusted and calibrated instrument will be returned to you. With a service contract you can ensure the reliable functioning and readiness for use of your instruments. Krüss also provides maintenance for products by other manufacturers.
Even the most reliable instrument sometimes needs repairing. We will just do that – quickly and at minimum cost. Your key advantage is that these repairs are carried out by the same specialists who manufactured the instrument. Your older instruments can also be repaired at our workshop. Of course we offer a two-year warranty period on all repairs. For our microscopes we even grant a three-year warranty!
