New products, prototypes and new designed homepage
This year, large companies and many medium-sized enterprises took the opportunity to present highly innovative solutions at ACHEMA. In addition to Industry 4.0 applications, there were many other forward-looking developments, including innovations from A.KRÜSS Optronic.
The introduction of our prototype, as a novelty in our successful polarimeters, was very well-received. Its innovative multi-wavelength principle based on LED technology has received just as much attention as the advanced peltier temperature control. Another highlight of the prototype is its enhanced design for the measuring tube. The expert audience was impressed by its optimised temperature transfer, self-stabilizing design and comfortable handling. The auditorium agreed: All the innovations make our new entry a high-quality product for the laboratories of tomorrow.
Attention was also given to our new melting point meter M3000. It offers a new design and user-friendly features, that allows comfortable procurement. His new adjustment function was evaluated as a real good enrichment for the work processes. Customers can do this procedure independently, by using four anchor points. Using this method they get perfect results in terms of accuracy and reproducibility.
Also on display was our new circulating thermostat PT80. The quiet, very efficient and 3 kg lightweight powerhouse offers optimised cooling capacity and heating power. Its temperature range of 5 ° C to 80 ° C with an accuracy of ± 0.1 ° C allows very safe temperature control and is the ideal supplement for refractometers, polarimeters and various applications in the chemical-physical segment.

Despite the decline in the number of visitors, the ACHEMA remains an international meeting place. A great opportunity for us, to exchange ideas with our customers and our worldwide distribution partners and certified service partners. Our booth provided a good setting for many interesting and professional dialogues, also in the competitive environment.
A trend for the labs of tomorrow seems clearly defined: In the future, products should have to offer a wide range of applications and become more and more flexible. In addition, they should provide more digital-processing opportunities and allow maximum of usability. Features that A.KRÜSS Optronic products already offer today.
