  • Annual inspection of your equipment, including the performance of all functional and safety checks, cleaning of the most important components, calibration with certified traceable calibration standards and, if necessary, adjustment and detailed documentation – see prevention through maintenance
  • Warranty extension from 12 to 36 months at the conclusion of a maintenance contract in the first year after purchase
  • Guaranteed response time within 24 hours and phone support during business hours
  • Guaranteed supply of rental equipment to bridge maintenance, calibration, adjustment and repair times
