analytica 2024: We present the new website
We look forward to exhibiting at analytica in Munich from 9 April to 12 April 2024. We will be having our stand (Stand 126, Hall B1) and have many fascinating innovations in the pipeline.
Having a direct window to the customer is extremely important to us, therefore we will be presenting a prototype of the new website and webshop at analytica 2024. In addition to a completely modernised product presentation, with the new version it will be possible to order spare parts, consumables and small devices directly in the A.KRÜSS shop.
The new A.KRÜSS shop makes ordering easy
With the new convenient shop function, partners and customers have 24/7 access to important accessories. With fast delivery, you will receive the necessary parts at fair prices with a quality guarantee in a short delivery time.
We are also becoming multilingual: in addition to English and German, our website is now also available in French and Spanish.
Many documents now available as digital downloads
We are also taking a huge step forward in terms of digital customer solutions and the availability of documents. Certified partners and customers will be able to download all important digital documents such as manuals, expert tips and application expertise via a log-in. Digital documents are available anywhere and at any time.
On the new website: Lots of user videos and plenty more tips from the experts
On the new website, interested visitors and customers will find valuable video clips for almost all of our devices – worldwide and at any time. There is also even more information on typical applications, standards and areas of use and on sample behaviour and modes of operation.
The new A.KRÜSS refractometer - the next generation
Many of our customers are already waiting for the next generation of digital refractometers. The new device design of the DR7000 series ensures ergonomic working. All measurement-relevant components are installed dust-tight in the devices. This means that the highly sensitive electronics and optics are not contaminated. The completely redesigned measuring optics guarantee more precise temperature control of the samples and greater measuring accuracy. The devices enable state-of-the-art temperature regulation with TempGate function. The intelligent waste heat concept prevents thermal interference between the components.
